Why can't I have $600 laying around! I found this Leica 50mm 2.8 Elmar in PERFECT condition and going for about $100 less than usual! I know I just got a 90mm Leica lens but all that's made me do is want another Leica lens! It's a vicious cycle fueled by amazing craftsman ship and satisfying clunks on the aperture ring! Oh well if anyone wants to buy it here's the link.

You can never have too much money.

I was a billionare, I'd just buy anything I wanted and when I couldn't think anything else that I wanted, I'd buy my friends and family anything they wanted.

Always wanted a Leica - what body? Had F100, D1X, Rolleiflex 6000, lots of other Nikon bodies, until I gave up. But never a rangefinder.

Sadly, no Leica body (yet). I am however building up my lens collection with Leica lenses for the glorious day when I can afford an M (it also don't hurt that they hold their value extremely well)! As for the body I've been using, It's a sony a5100. Here's a pic of my setup. The lens with adapter weighs more than my canera!

The QX100 is as sophisticated as my photography gets nowadays, and I don't use it as often as I ought. http://photojojo.com/store/awesomen…

They say that you should never pick up and handle a Leica because once you do you're financially doomed.

Sexy lens. I have just started experimenting with manual focus Minolta lenses on my A6000.

Too bad there isn't a photography blog for all of us noobs/nerds to discuss this kinda stuff.

Right now just the MD 50mm f2.....I found my grandfathers old X700 in the attic and that was the lens on it.

But now to compliment it I am on the hunt for a 35mm f2.8 but the 28mm f2.8 is much easier to find so I may settle for that.

Sadly neither the camera or building side of it. It was with their GIS systems and mine machinery control systems.

That look like the part for a millimeter scanner for a rifle or something.
